When we researched the meaning of a call sheet on the internet, this was one of first definitions which we came across:

 

"A call sheet is a filmmaking term for a sheet of paper created by an assistant director that is issued to the cast and crew of a film production to inform them of where and when they should report for a particular day of filming" - Wikipedia

 

In order to follow the professional procedures of making a film we also decided to make a call sheet. This was handed to every member of group as well as other people who were taking part in the movie trailer. The call sheet contained basic information of the location of the filming, the filming activty, the date and also the time.
