This is an editing technique known as masking editing where two seperate clips are recorded, and placed next to each other with a split down the middle which should be invisible to the viewer as the camera should remain in the same place and lighting shuld stay the same. I edited my two clips and placed them in to Adobe Premiere pro CS6 where I placed them together and the video on the right is the outcome.
