This is an example of how a green screen can be used to place a person infront of a computer generated background, commonly used in hollywood fims such as King Kong and is regularly used on news channels for the weather forceast, as shown in my video. In order to make this video I had to put up a large green sheet and stand infront of it 'documenting' the weather to a camera when there was no actual weather map behind me. Then I imported the footage to Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and used the 'Ultra Key' effect to select the colour of the sheet and imported the footage of the live weather map behind me giving the impression I was giving a weather report. I could have improved this video however by spending more time trying to sort out the shadows on the sheet which make the green screen seem a lot less professional.
